Self-Guided Nutrition Program

This program aims to help individuals develop a basic understanding of nutrition and the three macronutrients to help with weight loss, basic exercise performance, and basic health needs. If you have some experience in macronutrient tracking or are new to nutrition and learn well in self-guided programs then this is for you!​

  • 1-hour initial consultation to go over your current health and needs to make sure this program is a great fit for you!

  • Access to a self-guided nutrition starter kit to download from Practice Better.

  • Access to Practice Better for 4 weeks to help get started with your nutrition and health journey!

  • Add-ons can be purchased with this program such as meal plans, lab work reviews, and nutrition follow-ups (ask for details).

Group Nutrition Program

This program is to help develop a basic understanding of nutrition and what is macronutrient tracking to help with weight loss, basic exercise performance, and basic health needs through group nutrition counseling. If you have some experience with macronutrient tracking or new to nutrition and learn better through consistent guidance and support this program is for you!

  • 1-hour initial consultation to go over your current health and needs to make sure this program is a great fit for you!

  • Access to group nutrition program, chat feature, and modules from Practice Better.

  • Access to Practice Better for 3 months to help get started with your nutrition and health journey!

  • Bi-weekly, 45-minute online check-ins with the group via Zoom (recorded in the event you are unable to attend).

  • Individual nutritional needs (macronutrients/calories) will be given out to each participant and adjusted every 4 weeks to help achieve goals.

  • Post-program guidance to ensure continued success!

1:1 Nutrition Program

One-on-one nutrition coaching is specialized to meet individual needs. Whether you are struggling with weight loss, health conditions, or performance goals this program is designed to make sure your needs are met and goals are achieved. This program requires a minimum 3-month commitment and weekly check-ins to ensure success!

  • 1-hour initial consultation to go over your current health and needs to make sure this program is a great fit for you!

  • Access to 1:1 chat feature 24/7 to ask questions.

  • Access to Practice Better for 3 months.

  • Weekly, 30-minute online check-ins via Practice Better.

  • Individual nutritional needs (macronutrients/calories) are adjusted every 4 weeks to help achieve goals.

  • Meal Planning guidance to align with macronutrient goals (4 Meal Plans).

  • Body composition assessment before the program, in the middle of the program, and post-program to ensure success.

  • Post-program guidance to ensure continued success!
